When opening the software on some laptops or desktop computers, the issue of chaotic interface display may occur, which is caused by resolution mismatch. You can restore the normal display of the software interface by adjusting the resolution. The steps are as follows:
Right-click on the desktop and select Display Settings;
In the pop-up window, select Screen, then change Change the size of text, apps, and other items to 100% on the right side.
If the interface within the software still displays chaotically after completing the above operations, you need to adjust the "display resolution" and change it to 1920×1080.
You can also restore the normal display of the software interface by changing the DPI settings of your computer. The steps are as follows:
Right - click on the Astra icon on the desktop and select Properties.
Select compatibility settings - change high DPI settings. Check the "Override high DPI scaling behavior" in the High DPI Scaling Override section, select "System" for the scaling execution, and then save and exit.
