(2) Digital force measuring table
Digital force measuring table support domestic Kunwei digital force measuring table. Power on the digital force measuring table, and insert the network cable of the force measuring table into the switch inserted by our optical lens. The Kunwei digital force measuring table uses UDP to complete the communication. Please use IPTool (as shown in Figure 163) to complete the connection when IP setting.For the IP change tool, contact the manufacturer or us. For the IP setting software instructions and the IP setting procedure, contact technical engineers to obtain the corresponding manual.
After the IP address of the measuring table is set, you can input the set IP address in the command prompt to see whether the ping can be successful. After the communication is normal, you can configure the parameters of the measuring table in the dynamic arrest software. Open the software - Open the Settings - select the TAB of "Setting parameters of the measuring table", and check "digital measuring table (network)" in "Other Configurations" (as shown in Figure 164).Click "+" to add a force measuring table, select the added force measuring table, and input the specifications, brand and other parameters of the force measuring table on the right side (as shown in Figure 165). After completing the configuration of each parameter, please click "Apply" button to save your operation this time;
When configuring the parameters of the tester, please enter the IP address of the tester in the IP Addr field (as shown in Figure 165). For example, if you set the IP address of the master station as 10.1.1.194, enter 10.1.1.194 in the IP Addr field and enter 8884 in the Port field.If the IP address is 195, enter 8885 in Port. If the IP address is 10.1.1.19X, enter 888X in Port.
If two force measuring tables are used, the spatial position of one of them needs to be modified (as shown in Figure 166), while the other one does not need to be modified. If the spatial position is not modified, two force measuring tables will be displayed in the 3D view overlapping in the same position, which is not conducive to our observation.Access only one force measuring table without modifying the spatial position;
The digital force measuring table supports setting magnification. Open XINGYING Setting → Force measuring table parameter setting → Channel configuration (as shown in Figure 167), enter the frame rate multiplier under the channel sampling frequency, and press Enter, the sampling frequency value = frame rate multiplier × frame rate.
