(Ⅳ)Display

  1. When opening software on some laptops or desktop computers, the interface may display chaotically. This is caused by resolution mismatch. You can adjust the resolution to restore the normal display of the software interface. The steps are as follows:
  2. Right-click on the desktop and select "Display Settings";
  3. In the pop-up window, select "Screen", and on the right side, change "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" to 100%.
  4. If the interface within the software still displays chaotically after completing the above steps, you need to adjust the "Display resolution" to 1920×1080.
  1. You can also restore the normal display of the software interface by changing the DPI settings of your computer. The steps are as follows:

    • Right-click the Astra icon on the desktop and select "Properties".

    • Go to the "Compatibility" settings - Change high DPI settings. In the "High DPI scaling override" section, check the box for "Override high DPI scaling behavior", select "System" from the "Scaling performed by" dropdown menu, then save and exit.

  2. Just reopen the Astra software.
