(3) Channel configuration

Kunwei domestic force measuring table does not support the data transmission of analog channels, so use the traditional 6218/6225 force measuring table and configure the parameters of the force measuring table according to the above steps, click the "Channel configuration" button, click the right mouse button in the pop-up window to select the analog channel of the corresponding brand of force measuring table to add (as shown in Figure 168).

After adding channels, click the button "On" to open all channels and close the window (Figure 169);

The Range of each channel can be configured according to the output range of the connected test bench. Select a channel and select +/-10mV, +/-10V and other ranges from the drop-down box of the "Range" list (see Figure 169).

After configuring the analog channels, the traditional 6218/6225 force tester needs to manually select the "Analog access" option (as shown in Figure 170). When using the traditional 6218/6225 force tester, if you directly select "Analog access" without adding channels, the software will pop up to prompt "The number of analog channels does not match the number of force gauges".In this case, configure the channel and select Analog Access.

Close the Settings window, connect the lens, click the Play button in the live mode 3D view, and we can see that the traditional 6218/6225 force tester or the digital force tester has been added to the coordinate system (Figure 171).
